Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. In certain situations, partial refunds may apply:
- Items that are damaged or have missing parts not due to our error
- Products returned after the 30-day days
Refund Process
Please refer to your invoice number when applying for refunds. For privacy reasons, we do not maintain a record of your client’s name. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days after the item is returned.
Late or Missing Refunds

Sale items
Please note that sale items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Exchanges

Shipping Returns
