Use the 14.1102 to clamp around square seat base.

The 14.1102 will bolt around seat base rail.

This is the complete phone mount.  If you look closely, you will see there are provisions for a second mount.  This user is a very active business person who needs access to both a full sized laptop and a phone to function successfully.
